Kailash-Mansarovar Tirth
Kailash-Mansarovar Tirth is one of the most popular and sacred sites among Hindus, Jains, Buddhists, and Tibetans. Mount. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar are located at the top of the Himalayan Mountains in Tibet visited by thousands of pilgrims each year.A person in good health will take approximately 15 hours to complete the arduous 32 mile sacred journey, but most pilgrims take the time to revere the mountain through body prostrations (bowing). Circling the Mt. Kailash, is considered very holy that will bring good fortune.
For Hindus, Lord Shiva was liberated at Kailash as well as Lord Adinath (first of the tirthankars on Ashtapada, Kailash).
Siddhayatan Tirth will have a miniature version of Mt. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar, giving the opportunity to all to partake in a transformation, which was once limited to those able to travel to Tibet and in good health.
